Deepak’s Approaches

Dr. Singh integrates a broad range of evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. His therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and attachment-focused and mindfulness-based methods. For children, he often uses play therapy and developmentally tailored strategies. He also incorporates exposure-based and solution-focused techniques, and when helpful, engages clients through non-traditional, activity-based approaches—such as therapy while playing sports—to foster connection and meaningful progress.
