What is your billing rate?

Based on the current fee schedule from Psychologists Association of Alberta effective November 13 our rates will be increasing to $240/hour. Until then our hourly rate is $230/hour.

Do you accept insurance?

We direct bill with all major insurance companies that allow direct billing for psychology including Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Desjardins, Green Shield and others. While not all Manulife plans nor Sunlife Insurance allow direct billing by psychologists, we are working closely with them to make this happen for our clients soon. Please ask about direct billing options for your insurance company if not listed.

How long does an assessment series take to complete?

Assessment series can vary, both in the direct number of hours and total duration to complete. Please reach out to our office for more information.

Do you offer telehealth/virtual appointments?

We have embraced the various technology tools available to us and can use virtual appointments when appropriate. Some services such as assessments must be accomplished in person, while others such as parent feedbacks and ongoing treatment services can be effectively done with virtual appointments.
