    Lindsay specializes in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and providing mental health treatment for children, teenagers and adults. She has over 10 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, selective mutism, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, emotional regulation issues and OCD. Lindsay is also trained to work with parents to develop a healthy parent-child relationship, and teachers for school consultations meant to ensure the child receives proper support in academic settings.

    Lauraine is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping teenagers, young adults, and adults cope with and heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem and attention concerns. She also supports individuals in creating healthy relationships and communication with self and others as well as navigating major life transitions such as separation/divorce, loss of a loved one, or chronic illness.

She also conducts gifted assessments that are imperative to creating a learning plan that is challenging, while nurturing a child’s strengths and supporting their difficulties.
