Mental Health Assessments
-
With hundreds of assessments completed throughout her career, Silvia brings extensive experience in psychological and psychoeducational assessment.
She provides assessments for adolescents and adults to identify ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, giftedness, and other factors that may be affecting learning, work, or everyday functioning.
Assessment may include clinical interviews, standardized testing, questionnaires, and information from other relevant sources. Silvia explains results in clear, practical language, helping clients understand both their strengths and challenges and providing recommendations for school, work, and daily life.
-
Silvia provides ADHD assessments for adolescents and adults in Calgary who are experiencing difficulties with attention, organization, time management, emotional regulation, academic performance, relationships, or work.
Her comprehensive approach considers developmental history, current concerns, psychological testing, questionnaires, and other relevant information to build a clearer picture of how an individual is functioning.
When ADHD is identified, Silvia goes beyond the diagnosis. She helps clients understand how ADHD affects them personally and provides practical, individualized recommendations they can use at school, work, home, and in everyday life.
