Conquer your fear of flying.

A six-week program pairing clinical psychology with real cockpit experience, so you understand both what your mind is doing at 30,000 feet, and what the plane actually is.

Fear of Flying Group

This is a small, online group led by a clinical psychologist and a retired airline pilot, pairing the psychology of fear with the real mechanics of flight. Over six weekly sessions (Tuesdays, 5:00–6:30pm, starting August 2026), you'll build psycho-education on how fear works, learn DBT skills for mindfulness and distress tolerance, and move through guided video exposure exercises for every phase of a flight.

Because a retired pilot co-leads the group, you also get something most fear-of-flying programs can't offer: direct, honest answers to your specific flight-safety questions, from someone who's actually flown for a living.

The skills to stay calm. The facts to feel safe. Your way back to the sky.

Group Facilitators

Clinical Psychologist — The mind in the seat

Guides the group through psychoeducation on fear, DBT skills for mindfulness and distress tolerance, and structured exposure, so the anxiety response becomes something you understand and can work with, not something that works on you.

Retired Airline Pilot — The plane in the sky

Walks through what's actually happening at each stage of a flight, the sounds, the turbulence, the procedures, and answers your specific flight-safety questions directly, from decades in the cockpit.
